Dr. Nault is amazing!!! She immediately made me feel comfortable, is incredibly knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. My biggest initial concern was my lower back and after a few sessions we moved to my hips, and I completely forgot my back ever hurt at all! Since seeing Dr. Nault, I’ve improved my posture, strengthened the muscles that support my back and have been more active overall. I could have gone somewhere that took my insurance but could tell after my initial assessment, she truly cared about getting me better and she has shown that in all of our sessions. I highly recommend!!!

Dr. Rebecca Nault helped me get my life back. She is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, caring, and authentic. She is also very honest in managing expectations.I had been suffering debilitating abdominal spasms that started about a week after I gave birth. After repeated visits to my doctor, and running the tests insurance would cover (they denied a lot she felt essential), my doctor suggested trying dry needling. That's how I found Rebecca. She never did dry needle me, because she didn't need to. She listened to me, and helped come up with a plan, and gave me personalized exercises. She was very clear that she couldn't guarantee this would address my spasms, but I wanted to at least try. The focus was a lot on posture—mine is more atrocious than most.I learned so much about my muscle and skeletal system from her. And about how my body works.I'm also obese and while I've had mostly positive experiences with healthcare professionals, I'm VERY insecure in situations like PT. From the moment I met Rebecca, I felt at ease. I never felt self-concious while working with her, which really helped me feel like I could trust her.I've done 10 sessions with her and have only had one spasm in our time together. I feel better than I have in years—even before being pregnant. And I can hike again without debilitating pain!Thinking about the money people spend on hair, nails, massages, and other "wellness" things, this is a FAR better investment.Rebecca is somebody who gets healthcare right. In this country, that is no small feat. I will be forever grateful to her.

Went for therapy for nerve pain and had a really great experience with Dr. Rebecca. She helped to get my pain controlled and I left with a series of exercises to help maintain. Great PT, easy to work with.... she definitely likes to get her patients feeling better. I would return if I needed therapy again.

I highly recommend Dr. Rebecca Nault for any runner struggling to overcome chronic injury. I am a competitive distance runner with many years of experience in the sport, but a few years ago I became sidelined with chronic injury. As a knowledgeable runner and a former high school coach, I believed I could get back to racing on my own through a series of rehabilitative exercises that I had researched and committed to doing over time. After a year or so of this, I wasn't getting much closer to my goals and I finally decided to see Dr. Nault. Within just a few sessions, I was very pleased with her treatment approach and already felt a little better. Now that I have been working with her for a number of months, I feel ready to race again. Dr. Nault is an expert in finding areas where runners are breaking down and then addressing those weak areas with specific targeted exercises. In addition, the dry needling and manual therapy techniques that she employs really works to help you heal faster in conjunction with the individualized exercise program. I no longer had to wonder if what I was doing on my own was helping and it has been a relief to know that I could truly trust an expert to give me the time and attention necessary to get better and get back to doing what I have always loved. If you love running, but have been frustrated with injury, go see Dr. Nault- she can help you get back on track.
